Today I’ll be speaking to Muleskinners (the weekly lunch meeting of the Boone County Democrats) about civil asset forfeiture laws and their use in Missouri. If you are interested in coming to this discussion, the meeting starts at noon in Stamper Commons at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Stamper Commons is at the corner of College and Broadway, right outside of downtown Columbia; parking is available in the lot next to the building, and the meeting happens in the basement cafeteria (lunch is available for $10).
