Earlier this month, I gave a speech in favor of legalizing all drugs to the Saint Louis County Pachyderms, a local Republican group. Although many of the attendees did not completely agree with me, for the most part, they seemed to entertain the idea. Naturally, a good chunk of the speech was devoted to asset forfeiture and how it distorts law enforcement incentives. Enjoy!
